Broken Lights
07/03/2026Sample Association Bulletin: Please be aware that 4 of the North Lake walkway lights were broken last night. If you have any information regarding who may of done this or noticed any suspicious activity, please contact the Office.
South Swimming Pool Closure
06/20/2026Sample Association Bulletin: Due to scheduled pool deck repairs, the South swimming pool will be closed Wednesday (6/24/26) through Saturday (6/27/26). During this period the North pool will be available. Note that South Pool water aerobics will be suspended until Monday (6/29/26). Thank you for your cooperation.
Parking Lot Paving
06/15/2026Sample Association Bulletin: Please be aware that the South parking lot will be closed for paving on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 8:00 AM until 8:00 AM Wednesday Morning. Please use the long-term parking lot during this period.
